MATT BECK WINS COVETED TOMMY DORWIN AWARD AT 2005 Mid West  REGIONALS

AS DAD JIM BECK WINS THE MARY JO POWERS AWARD

 These awards is awarded annually at the Mid West Regionals and is presented to someone who through unselfish hard work and dedication, volunteers above the call of duty to the successful completion of the tournament.

Recipient must show outstanding sportsmanship, works with all tournament personnel, helps and encourages others and accepts extra burdens and challenges.

 These awards are past along every year to the workers of the Mid West Regionals and are voted on by all the appointed officials at the tournament. The Tommy Dorwin award goes to the hardest non official worker at the regionals. Matt helped the local club with scheduling boats for the 4 day event.

Up at 6 to get the boats in the water and ready to go and helping the chief driver all weekend till the last boat was out of the water and gassed up ready to go home.

 Jim Beck received the Mary Jo Powers award which is voted on by all the appointed officials and is presented to an official. Jim served as the technical controller for this event.
