Boys 1

We saw three new boys 1 skiers at Timberlake. The Dawson boys Blake and Vince learned to ski the buoys this summer so why not take'm to state, after all that's what it's all about. Timberlake's club grew by one skier as well with Nate Gmutza taking his shot at the course as well.

 

             

 

Nate Smith

 

 

Nate Smith's season of incredible accomplishments started at the state tournament upping the Men's 1 record of 2 @ 39 off held by Casey Contos to 5 @ 39 off

Kim  tied his own performance of last year in men's 5 slalom with a score of 2 @ 39

Mark Schmitt

 

 

Mark Schmitt slipped into his jumpers and accomplished the mission to set a new Men's 5 jump record of 97 feet which was previously held by John Kniesly

Prissy Edwards

 

Prissy set another ring of accomplishments with records across the board in Women's 6. 4 buoys @23 2390 in tricks with a 72 foot leap and a overall score of 2503.7

Gary glimpst past his state record he set two years ago by a half buoy scoring 2 at 35 off

Glen Reid

 

 

Glen who was recently recognized as Iron Man for his participation has set new records in Men's 7 with scores of .5 @ 28 off a 50 foot leap and an overall score of 1194.9

Jada Sparks

 

 

After many years of absence from the tournament scene Jada came back in full swing winning women's 3 tricks with a score of 2720

Gene Lamberson

 

Gene competed in his 49th Indiana state Tournamnet and vows to do what ever it takes to make next year his 50th.

Mason made a comeback after a long break away from the sport to take 2nd place in tricks with a score of 3280
