This years state Championships was a great success with
106 skiers from 14 clubs battling the waters for the coveted
State Team Trophy.
Teh Ski club of
Silent Shores
pulled every skier they had and spread them through every division to win
the bragging rights for 2011. The well attended event went without a hitch
till mother nature decided to pass a storm cloud late Sunday which caused
a short delay and thinned the crowd but the competition wasn't over till
the last skier.
