Cindonway Shores Wrap-Up

The Traditional Cindonway Shores Labor Day Tournament returned  on September 3rd with resounding success.  The event might have been renamed the "Bucher Family Party!"  All members of the Shane Bucher family celebrated their 10 year wedding anniversary by having all family members ski!   Michele Bucher (Wonder Woman) slalom skied into short line only 3 weeks after delivering #4 Jada Bucher!  And other Bucher grandchildren also participated.  Peggy Bucher served her lasagna buffet lunch to all after round #2.  Early morning sun glare forced the "one way running" for early morning skiers.  Three event skiers Glen Reid with Lauren Smith and Ari Grode from Michigan finished up the day completing successful jumps at 6:00 PM.  Expert driving by Matt Beck avoided trouble when the steering cable broke on the Nautique pulling Prissy Edwards around the West island late in the day.  Next and last Indiana tournament is September 17th at Sawmill Lake.
