Judge's Clinic - Anyone out there needing a Judge's Clinic can go to the USA Web Site and sign up for a clinic being offered in February. You can do it in the comfort of your own home/living room and save driving time and money. Find it at www.usawaterski.org/default.asp?display+2044 Driver's and Safety Clinics: Any skiers out there needing to renue, upgrade, qualify for driver's clinics or safety clinics need to contact one of the board members and let them know of your needs so we can arrange the needed clinics. Think ahead.....don't put off to the last minute!

The Cincinnati Boat show is January 16th - 25th and the Indianapolis Boat Sport and Travel Show is scheduled for February 20th - March 1st. It might be too cold to water ski in Indiana but the local slopes are open for snow skiing. Stop by Sun Valley Sports in Castleton Square for you outfitting needs. Convenient location and friendly helpful sales people with make the stop worth while. A Preliminary look at the 2015 IWSA Event Schedule is posted in the Schedule Page. Some info may be missing but will be updating any info in the upcoming months when the details are processed. so check back soon, so you can plan your summer for the 2015 season.
The Missouri Disabled Water Ski Association sponsored the New Year's Day Polar Bear Water Ski event on January 1st. Indiana water skiers Dan Federspill and Dave Jarrett participated today as they have for the past 5-6 years. The water was 32 degrees and the air was 32 degrees and the current may have been 32 mph! 'Twas a fun event for all. Sponsors included Indiana Water Ski Association and Sweetwater Realty. |
