The central Indiana water ski lakes are coming to life! Water ski clubs are installing their slalom courses and preparing for the coming water ski season. One of the duties on some of the lakes is guaranteeing quality water for skiers and swimmers which may require chemicals and additives. The Boonedocks crew recently treated their lake with the appropriate chemicals. Trouble is....they didn't want to use their good ski boat and the lake pontoon wouldn't start so......a little inventiveness and we've got a Nautique tug and the chemical pontoon being dragged behind! Good Job Boonedockers.

The Fairland Ski Club, one of Indiana's oldest water ski club had their work day on April 23rd, 2017. It was rewarding to see Bill Roach at the site along with other members. We were in awe of Kim Black at the business end of the power washer and just as impressed by hubby Lance Black who installed new plywood decking on the dock. The course is in and straight and as soon as the dock is completed and launched, they will be ready to ski! Fairland membership is open and they are looking for a few additional members. Contact Dan Federspill at 317-431-9778 for membership information. 68th Indiana State Championships Tournament & Clinic
